Process Advantage was created to help business owners, executives, and project managers turn their organizations into process improvement machines through a systematic approach towards measuring progress, establishing a vision and SMART goals, making investment decisions through a project portfolio management process, and then providing project managers the tools/applications/knowledge to drive the organization closer to its vision. The connection of those processes results in an alignment of what an organization aspires to be with the measurable actions taken to achieve them within a culture of high accountability.
About the Founder
I've been very fortunate to have been exposed to many disparate types of organizations and training in different intellectual domains, and through my experiences I've taken on the self-imposed responsibility of trying to make each environment I've entered at least a little bit better than the way I found it. As I've collected lessons learned my views on improving the performance of organizations has increasingly crystalized and Process Advantage is my means of scaling my reach to have a larger positive impact.
